The flexible twin-tooling concept, designed and developed by Silgan Dispensing, gives many advantages and opportunities.

These distinctive closures have an exclusive appearance and are especially designed for the Personal Care sector. Two elegant designs are offered: the straight version called Classy and the rounded version called Style. The advanced production process and handling secure the high visual quality.

Thanks to the clever design and excellent material, the closures are significantly lighter than competitive closures in the market. This sustainable lightweight solution protects the
environment and lowers the carbon footprint.

Full range
The Classy and Style closure designs are available in a matt and a glossy surface finish. All versions will be available in 3 diameters: 35, 40 and 50 mm. Together with the different orifice sizes, there will be 36 different variations in total. The closures can also be decorated, for example by hot stamping. Furthermore, the closure lid can be easily customized thanks to the smart and flexible tooling concept that has been developed by Silgan Dispensing.
