Smart+ Dosing Technology

SMART+ is a unique dosing technology for the accurate dispensing of liquids. Doses range from 5 to 50 ml or higher. This three-piece measured dosing system can be integrated into a wide variety of cap and closure designs. This is the first dosing technology on the market to combine excellent functionality with competitive economic advantages.

High accuracy: The system allows for successive accurate dosing whilst holding the bottle upside down. There is no need to turn it back to the upright position between doses. It always dispenses, even when gently squeezed. The exact dosage depends on the formula, bottle design and system configuration.

Convenience and flexibility: It is possible to dispense a very small amount without interfering the size of the next dose. It is also possible to dose repeatedly by holding the bottle upside down and squeezing it again. The system can easily be adapted to provide different volumes, depending on consumer requirements.

Sustainability: This lightweight solution is cost-effective as well as sustainable. The complete system is made from 100% PP and is easily recyclable. Overdosage is prevented by helping the consumer dose exactly the amount required. Every saving contributes to a greener environment.
